connected RV to power #life on the road

The Dojo team created a whole series of connected thinking and implementation around how a future 5G network could be used to create more meaningful business experiences for Tier 1 Carriers. As internet of things (IoT) solutions increasingly enable mobile Wi-Fi hotspots and allow users to connect to their vehicles, how can personalization and new form factors such as voice and haptic computing be made more seamless for easy-to-use control and monitoring?

The Dojo team worked with the Emerging Device Group at a major Tier 1 Carrier to define a  connected vehicle experience to leverage network investment, connectivity, and additional connected services to drive both a better user experience and growth opportunities. We not only helped define the new platform but helped drive the communications plan and developer program for partners, automotive manufacturers, and the media.

connected car and data monetization strategy for major automotive platform company

The Dojo strategy, design, and development team worked with a leading automotive DMS firm to establish a long-term vision for the connected car space and to inform how next-generation platforms could leverage big data analytics and parts management. In complimenting the connected car strategy with a parts and data strategy, we helped develop a holistic future-facing view of the firm’s competitive role in automotive IoT, while aligning and growing their relationship with auto manufacturers.

IT Strategies for Major OEM’s

We have worked directly with major OEMs and their product, IT groups, and innovation leaders to define how technology evolution, agile and development transformation, and user-centered design thinking be used to enable more contemporary best practices.

Through these engagements, we uncovered the needs, desires, and pain points of customers, dealers, suppliers, and the OEM’s themselves and performed technical analyses of current platforms and capabilities, provided industry research and recommendations and a roadmap back to the OEM on how to achieve the desired goals.

IoT Strategies for Chipset Manufacturers

The Dojo team was asked to look at the data generated by next-generation chipset manufacturers and determine a way to make the collected data more private, secure, meaningful, and relevant to the end-user.

By working closely with the client, OEM partners, and their 3rd-party developers, we were able to create an executive strategy, including target acquisitions, product integration, and go-to-market strategies to drive growth

Supply Chain and Parts Strategies

One might think that managing auto parts distribution at dealerships is straightforward, but in order to meet the demands of the modern-day dealership things are not so simple.

We worked closely with a major auto platform company to forge a strategy and recommendations on how to help dealers and other partners more easily manage the supply chain for parts while driving additional revenue opportunities for dealers, OEMs, and auto platform companies through data monetization and customer personalization.
