Today a content strategy reflects targets user acceptance using KPIs based on learned on user reaction - shaped with strategic keywords and analytics metrics; refined using self-learning AI and made more autonomous and responsive via Chat GPT and other technology

 

Omni-channel experiences stem from an extensible digital twin of the user

Each user should have an indelible digital footprint (or Twin) that should have extensible nodes to interact with internal systems, external partners and carry key information and interaction history with them to create not only a consistent experience across channels but to offer value-driven functionality over time in the tax cycle.
