Dojo Partners' goal is to find a harmonious middle ground between goals that are often diametrically opposed to each other or, at least, not easily compatible. These use cases emerge from iterative prototyping, testing and refinement as the system seeks to find that positive middle ground for each actor in the experience design.

Dojo Partners collaborated with Cigna on customer experience analysis, deep data analytics, heuristics, and even customer brain scans to reveal key gaps, tendencies and emotions on user brand engagement. We created positive, proactive cusotmer experience use cases and flows based on the results of negative interactions resulting from broken use cases.
Dojo Partners developed the 'compass' family of products including mobile applications, web sites, tools, data structure and more to get to a co-collaborative services environment. We applied these uses cases and learned how to use healthcare to create a positive, forward-lookng servides model.
